Government Guaranteed Rural Housing Loan

We believe this loan is one of the best products on the market.  The GRH loan is sometimes listed as an option by banks but is seldom processed.

Look below at the explanation of the loan and its benefits.  Then follow the link at the end to see why we believe it's not processed more frequently...and why this loan is our specialty.

Explanation:

bullet

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) administers a Section 502 Rural Development (RD) home ownership program.

bullet

The loans available through Rural Development (RD) are similar to the more familiar FHA loans, but are targeted to rural homebuyers.

bullet

The Guaranteed RD loans we make are used to help individuals or households purchase primary homes in regions with populations less than 20,000...  This actually covers most of North Carolina.

bullet

There is an income limit for people to qualify.  However, loan applicants may have up to 115% of the median income for the area in which they intend to purchase.
